I was looking at the indie games on steam. Found Zombie Driver, I looked at the metacritic score which is 59, this is because some jerk gave it 0, that seems unbelievable since the rest were at least in the 70's. Okay Havok already has a solution that breaks up some concrete meshes into smaller bits. The only problem is that it does not give you the UV texture coordinates (though I suppose you could try to work it out yourself). You should change the PhysicsCapsule to something more generic almost all the physics libraries can at least do box and capsule. The ogre looks great! Not a big deal but can make the origin on his feet.
Hopefully people will support you by buying your stuff, as people at the ogre forum are always looking for modellers/animators.

Looks great. I hope you will continue with it be having an online car battle game would be rocking, more cars, more weapons more destruction. Its probably the shadows that are causing the slowdowns I would guess.

Looks great. During the demo I died and the gameover screen appears, when I click the ok button the gameover screen reappears (in a loop).
