My Bad-Ass Quotient System (measure someone's bad-assness)
I love it when people have "who would win in a fight" conversations. You know the kind - "Who would win in a fight between Robocop and the Terminator?" or "Who would win a fight between Peewee Herman and Gilligan?" Etc...
But something that is always laking in those conversations is a proper, quantifiable, measurement of how much of a "bad-ass" someone or something is.
Toward that end - here is my BAQ (Bad Ass Quotient) System:
http://www.normandcompany.com/INDEX/BAQ.html
Questions for all of you, after you take a look at my site...
1) What do you think your own BAQ is? (Be honest.)
2) Who or what should I add to the above list.
3) Do you think I have too much time on my hands?

I think those values are entirely made up, and thus contribute nothing to any discussion about who is more badass.
It is evident by the numerous glaring discrepancies, some mentioned previously, and for example that an Elephant rates higher than Dath Vader (even armed with lightsaber), Wolverine (from X-men), and Terminator. Any one of those would easily rip an elephant apart.
Also the basic concept of a Badassness measured by a scalar value is flawed, since relative Badassness is just that - relative. It all depends on who's fighting who, and under which circumstances. There is for example no doubt that Magneto would easily wtfpwn both Terminator and Wolverine (at the same time), but he would be in deep shit if an Elephant or Jackie Chan went after him and there were no metals nearby. On the other hand, Jackie Chan would be powerless against Terminator or Wolverine in any circumstances.

I think nothing actually contributes to any discussion about who is more badass, because there is no point to having one. These things are just for fun, not to be taken seriously in any way (which is why I felt the need to add a smiley in my previous post)
