Again when you copy the ogredeps folder into your ogre src folder cmake will pick it and do everything for

OgreSrcFolder (official version)
|- ogredeps
|- build (use as the build folder)

I would suggest to give it another try. I am also online right now and could assist you over skype or teamviewer

I already stated why in the thread. The build system is not changed within the fork (it just auto download some deps). Using CMake is awesome when it works out of the box. I mean its really easy download the ogre deps copy the ogredeps into the ogre root folder and startup cmake hit 2 time configure...

mm are building into the same dir where you build 1.8.1?
If so delete the CMAKE cache if that do not help use CMAKE from the command line and pass the dep folder var as a command line param.

Yes there are bugs and its not mature right now because ppl still using the other RS within 1.x. In 2.X the GL3+ is much more stable but thats almost a different code path.

Yes the full log is enabled I will disable it later and push it.

Keep in mind I am working on a few bugs right now like stenciling has some bugs and depth bias too.
User defined clipplanes do not work (but thats intended its a fixed function feature).

GL3+ works in 1.10 (with some small bugs for sure) and it works on 2.1 (GL3+ was the first RS supported all badass features like AZDO).

To prevent further confusion I am closing this topic now. You can check updates from the fork by following it if you like. I tested it with gl on my nvidia. Yes mobile is working i need to push the shaders for mobile.

Ähm sure the 1.x scenemanger is not fast when many post effects are used but there are plenty of games Which used them in the past in real games...but 2.x will in the future also work in the browser As for worked directly with mozilla I also had contact to them and firefox is pretty good the bigger ...

Main problem with all c++ engines is the heavy load to the VM for mobiles it means battery drain. Performance wise (rendering) it comes down to the scene complexity but again i guess a real game Will be cpu bound first. Try out the unreal / unity demos their tech is much complexer than ogres so you ...
