Strange Ogre issue on 2nd scene manager

Strange Ogre issue on 2nd scene manager

Hi,

For the most part, Ogre works great. Almost no issues and consistent performance (great job team!).
I do have one issue that I see every once in a while which I can't explain. Using a 2nd scene manager, I render a small object in the bottom right corner of the screen using RTT. This works fine but every once in a while when I fire up this app, the rectangle where the object should appear is uniform gray and no object in sight. Today, after many hours of trying to fix this, I just rebuilt the app and ta-da, the object was back doing it's thing (probably a coincidence as it didn't work a 2nd time). The 1st scene manager I'm using is not showing any such issues and it does far more complex rendering so I don't understand what's going on.
Any ideas?

Looks like I got hit with dynamic material creation again:

Ogre::MaterialManager::getSingleton().create
Maybe I'm using it wrong but as soon as I started using a material file I no longer had this issue.

Strange. Hope it helps someone.
