Industrial

Post by Transporter »

I would like to present to you briefly my current Ogre projects. Both projects are not complete at the moment.

One is the visualization of industrial machines such as the following molding press:

The other is the 3D representation of hydraulic elements such as the following cylinder:

By the use of OgreProcedual these elements will be automatically generated from the circuit diagram.

Well, it's quite easy. Such a press is controlled by hydraulics. You can model the hydraulic part with tools like Simster or Simulink. With the data from these tools you can see how your CAD model is moving (top picture). On the other side you can have a look at the pressure (bottom picture) in cylinders for example.

Nice project.
Is this a hobby project or research for a university or company?

This is just a warm up. I'll post more screenshots and information about the upcoming university project until the end of the year.
