Been using OGRE to work on a puzzle game in my free time for about 3.5 years now. I basically stole every game mechanic from every 90s puzzle game and stuffed them into one game.
Besides OGRE, I'm using
* OpenAL for sound
* CEF for GUI (which works surprisingly well!)
* No physics
* Game logic directly in C++
There's no download yet but I feel like the game is nearing releasable quality, so I'll keep you posted.
