[1.11.0] Problem with CMAKE solution for Codec_FreeImage

Hi,

I got problems when I tried to start Ogre in release mode (build with VS 2017). I also found the problem: in the cmake-generated solution the debug version of Ogremain is linked against the release version of codec_freeimage.
Perhaps somebody can fix this for a future version.
