In the compositor section I believe there is a typo in the local textures section.

It looks like: -

compositor_node MyNode
{
    texture rt0 800 600 PF_R8G8B8
    target Input_as_MyLocaName
    {
        //Clear to violet
        pass clear
        {
            colour_value 1 0 1 1
        }
    }
    out 0 rt0
}
But the target should refer to rt0 rather than Input_as_MyLocalName
