MyGUI ported to Ogre 2.0

This makes it, to my knowledge, the first GUI library supporting Ogre 2.0. :)

its on my TODO list! But my current porting order is; (Please note I can only really work on it every other sunday, so may be a bit slow!)
- My engine!
- Particle Universe
- MyGUI (If Scrawl has not already done!) (**EDIT** It should not be too difficult)
