Allow Static Geometry::Region to be children of a node

Allow Static Geometry::Region to be children of a node

It'd be nice if staticgeometry could let you specify a scenenode to create it's childnodes on. Right now it does this

		mNode = mSceneMgr->getRootSceneNode()->createChildSceneNode(mName,
so after it builds i have to go in and reparent the nodes, etc (i do a bunch of node juggling), it'd be nice to be able to just specify this ahead of time.

A pretty reasonable request, should also apply to InstancedGeometry.

I'll make a note of it on our roadmap.
