When will we get rid of fixed pipeline, turning to DX10/GL3.X structure?

Well, I can't say for sure. But take a look at http://www.ogre3d.org/wiki/index.php/ByatisNotes. Because of the power of the Runtime Shader System, DX10/11 and OpenGL ES 2 are all at various stages of development already. I'd imagine that OpenGL 3.2 could be added to the roadmap too but we shall see. :)

Because OGL3.2 has almost the same pipeline as DX 10, I hope they could come together. :)

Not for quite a while.
The DX9 hardware/os generation still lives strong and will be for quite a few years more.

It is likely that opengl support will be updated as we work on the Dx11 system.

The idea that you need to drop fixed-function in order to support a shader-only pipeline is a myth anyway.
