or they are still developed for ogre 2.X?

Is there any news on the progress? And what about Caelum?
Otherwise, how to make our own dynamic sky?

need to porting. currently all to stopped but throught local politics.
we make dynamics sky in his own interpretation.
steel port hydrax as water by mesh.

Hydrax Imperial MOD for OGRE 2.1 released:

bugs: only water simulation, pbs materials. normals, texture unwarps. 50% hydrax preferences (water grid quality).

- no god rays.
