Bullet is still included in the plugin package but it's not listed. I'll fix the stuff with my next release on next weekend.

Thank you very much for all the hard work with these, it really saves us all a lot of time. :)

As an update to that, the latest plugins package seems to be missing dlls for bullet as well as lib and dlls for hydrax. I'm sorry if you are aware of this and they are coming in the next bundle.

Also, is it just me or does Visual Studio 2012 build Ogre based C++ projects wayy slower than VS 2010?

Thanks for supplying these builds! I started doing a few of the tutorials and they worked fine, then I jumped to tutorial 7 to try out CEGUI and I ran into problems.

My compiler (VS2012) is complaining that it can't find a bunch of member functions for CEGUI and it's subclasses.

It can't find CEGUI::Imageset, CEGUI::SchemeManager::create, CEGUI::Point, CEGUI:Window::addChildWindow, CEGUI::System::injectKeyDown, it says no suitable user-defined conversion from "CEGUI::UVector2" to "const CEGUI::USize" exists, and a few more errors. I tried to see if I could solve the problems over the last day or so, but I couldn't.

I looked in the CEGUI include directory for Imageset.h and could not find it. Then, I downloaded the latest version of CEGUI from the CEGUI website and saw that it does exist in their package as CEGUIImageset.h. I also looked for some of the member functions pointed to by the errors in the header files and I couldn't find those either.

Is the BasicTutorial 7 out of date? Am I missing files? Did I do something wrong?

As a side note - I wasn't able to apply the cegui.patch file and I'm not sure how to do that on Windows manually. I'm not sure if that would fix some/all of my problems.

My build is from current CEGUI repository. The tutorials are based on an older Version, so maybe the api changed on some places.

The patch was made for the repository Version and fixes boost handling. Also it removes the rest of ogres gui from their application framework. You don't need it if you use a precompiled version. I'll check the tutorial and try to find a solution.

What is the CEGUI patch for and how do I apply it?

Also, I notice that Boost is 1.54 ... however, when I went to the Boost site, the current release is 1.53...

is 1.54 stable?

If you checked out cegui, apply the patch like this:

If you don't like you can also open the patch with a normal text Editor and read what files are changed.

1.54 is the current development version, but today is code close.

If you ever get to add some more physics engine to the snapshot (e.g., Newton),it would be great.

Probably, you have this snapshot only with stuff you use, so I guess bullet is the one you use.

I'm using vs 2012 update 2. Are you using update 2? Do you think that matters for your snapshots?

Let me ask you something about Bullet.
How are you able to compile this to vs 2012... I haven't been able to do it.
I just found a blog that talks about it... maybe I will be able to do that way.

thank you... I will your build... I can't get it to build...

Once in visual studio, it generates the libs, copies the include files (or updates them) but it fails (cmd exit error 1) but I'm not sure where... For sure, it doesn't create the dll

Just out of curiosity, why is CEGUI now back to version 0.74 instead of 0.80? Was that intentional? I would think it should be at least 0.79 since that has documentation on the CEGUI website.

Awesome builds Transporter! Any chance you could share your whole build system? Or at least instructions on how you set it up?
