The wizard expects an environment variable OGRE_HOME.
Point it to your Cthugha sdk directory, ie
your_ogre_build_directory/sdk .
Don't forget to have configured your build to install the samples source: OGRE_INSTALL_SAMPLES_SOURCE.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

If you want a wizard for VC8, you need to speak up.
I don't have it, but I think I can manage to produce a wizard nonetheless.

RC 1.3 was released - links updated.
Some small fixes.
If anyone needs a wizard for VS2005, they still need to speak up..
Otherwise I won't do it.

Please, for VS2005 would be much appreciated
I've got my engine running on Ogre v1.7 already, but I'm working on a number of other projects as well.
regards
Alex

It's on my to-do. In a day or two.
I am making it blindly as I don't have VS2005; I count on you to complain if it doesn't work.

Here it is, the Appwizard for VS 2005 (VC8):

I am unable to test it, so I am counting on feedback.

G'day jacmoe,
good news, the app wizard for vs2005 works fine, just had to change some of the pathing for my system, and add in the $(BOOST_ROOT) for the includes and lib paths and it all went well.
Thanks for the Wizard, you Wizard
regards
Alex

Works fine here too. I don't use Boost though, so $(POCO_BASE) was my requirement.
For the record though, I'm looking forward to a CMake-based version as I target multiple platforms. That said, I tend to fiddle around the innards of CMake files myself, so it'd be more a starting point than a necessity for me

There is some sort of CMake script to go along with it - in that Ogitor uses the AppWizard 'framework' for the sample app loader.
I just need to package it.
I am glad that I managed to produce a working wizard for VC8 on the first run - normally my machine is littered with test projects whenever I test those..

I just realized the irony that your avatar is a wizard, and you make the AppWizard. Was that intentional?

Yeah, yeah ..
The real wizards are you who doesn't have to explicitly create app-wizards and use wizard avatars to be one.
If this helps people out and make their first Ogre encounter easier, or make them more productive, or both, that's reason enough for me.
I have a CMake variant in the oven as well..

Heh - why have no one complained about the AppWizard *not* taking Boost into account?!
I will update the wizards to using OGRE_HOME/boost_1_41 for includes and OGRE_HOME/boost_1_41/lib for libs...
Well, I don't blame any of you, because you wouldn't notice, unless you're using the pre-compiled SDK.
And haven't got Boost installed.
<edit>
I wonder what I should call the release?
0.7.0.1 ?

Possibly because I use POCO and am used to fiddling with Application Wizards once their done?

You are excused - but the SDK uses Boost.
Which means that I probably have to do yet another wizard... *sigh* .. with an option (checked by default) specifying Boost or not.
