Flipping normals after MayaToOgre exportation

Hi !
Well, I got a problem.

Today I wanted to create some kind of room. So I created a box in Maya, flipped the normals in order to look inside. After that I attached a texture and finally converted the whole thing to Ogre.

After loading the mesh the normals seemed to look outside again. :(
To put it another way ... the texture was outside of the cube instead of in the cube. Inside was pure transparency.

The only solution I can think of now is to create 6 "walls" and place them in cubic order. But there should be a proper solution, shouldn't it ?
