Port a .CG shader material to GLSL ES

Hello. For our game project, we are using the ever-essential all-in-one shader : http://www.ogre3d.org/tikiwiki//Normal+ ... ing+Shader

The thing is, CG isn't supported in mobile devices; at least not with Ogre-for-Marmalade.

Is anyone up to the task? Is it possible/simple? Would an exact duplicate be "too much" for mobile devices, so an alternative "scaled-down" version would be more appropriate?

In any case, we aren't looking to get any rights on this, the final ported shader will be publicly released (that's a bit like the way the original shader emerged - thanks to 'nullsquared').
