A few quick questions:
  • How much experience do you guys have specifically working with Ogre3D? If so what exporters?
  • Are you game artists, who know all the issues with making models that work well in real-time 3D engine, not just looking beautiful in 3DS
  • Which tools do you prefer to work in, and what versions?
  • Do you do work with shaders?

Answer:- We have 2 years of experience working with ogre 3d , We use 3dsmax and maya , Ogre Exporter for Maya 2009 is preferred one

Are you game artists, who know all the issues with making models that work well in real-time 3D engine, not just looking beautiful in 3DS
Answer:- We have a solid understanding of game engines and we are two artist and one programmer , We worked on engines like unity , udk etc

Which tools do you prefer to work in, and what versions?
Answer:- We use maya and max from 2009 to 2012

Do you do work with shaders?
Answer:- We work with shaders too :)

Are you good with scripting in Max/Maya or are you 'pure' artists who just do the art side?
Have you used (and got licences for) OgreMax? We currently use that and dotScene exported formats.

And since nobody seemed to ask, what do you charge? (PM me if you would prefer not to discuss that so publicly)
