Looking for experienced C++ and Ogre programmers

Hello!
We are developing Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality applications for furniture, architecture and other sectors.

We are looking for skilled programmers to help us with the following tasks:
- create an efficient memory management for ogre
currently ogre does not "free" memory if you delete textures.

- integrate a UI into an ogre application
we want to port webkit and use it in OpenGL. Librocket is not a candidate as it doesn't support JavaScript.

- create web version / flash version
we would need a web-version of our system. a port to flash would also great, even if its a lot of work.
