Problem with Ogre3DSExporter

Post by RedSkull »

Hi! I've installed the Ogre3DSExporter but when I open 3DSMax 6 raise a error message:

"It can be assigned a only read variable: ogreMaterial"

If somebody could help me I would thank for it.

Greetings.

You can't use the oFusion plugin and the MaxScript Ogre exporter together. However, you can help test the basic plugin-based Ogre exporter I am working on that replaces the MaxScript exporter, or, you can just export directly to .mesh and .skeleton using oFusion.

???

The mesh is defined in terms of scale and position -- the vertices in the mesh are positions.

I don't have it in front of me, but did you select the currect checkbox on the left to export the skeleton/bones/animations?

Also, oFusion has its own forums over in the Addons area (*points up to big green Addons Forum button).
