Post by Ablomis »

Sorry, i think thats a common question, but i didnt find any good answers on the forum. Could anyone givem me any info on how to do export multi materials from 3ds max using Ogre exporter. Also i saw some "skateboard" tutorial mentioned, but where can i get it?

Thanks in advance for any info. :) Thats a vital question for me.

Skateboard is part of the exporter install. Look in your 3dsmax*/ directory (under scripts/ and help/). Alternately, you should probably use oFusion instead, or you can use my work-in-progress Max exporter plugin at

What do you mean "missing"? Which exporter are you using?

- OgreExporter.dle and oFusion are available from the "Export.." and "Export Selected..." File menus. OgreExporter is under the ".XML" extension; oFusion via the ".OSC" extension
- MaxScript exporter is available from that global toolbar thingy, and involves several rollouts
