There is a command that do bevel in Blender and is accesible through Wkey in Edit mode. Trouble is that this comand will bevel the entire mesh.

To solve this use Bevel Center command as you can see in picture:

and the result will be this:

Pay attention that the default script Bevel Center is faulty and return an error. If you get that error try downloading Bevel Center 2 from here: http://www.zoo-logique.org/3D.Blender/s ... enter_2.py
