Help! Where is the blender normal mapper and tutorials?

I tried all the links in the toolset section and then searched all over the forums. I can't find it. All the links in the forums are dead. Does anyone have a copy of the normal mapper for blender and tutorials that they can post somewhere for me to download. I really appreciate this. It would seem a shame to let this get lost. Thanks!
