I dont believe it, plus if you read down further the FAQ it says you can only download the s/w (no shrink-wrapped box version).I just can’t believe it – why so cheap?
OEM has always been cheap. In general it is 100% fully functional software. But it lacks manuals, promo-discs and bulk-boxes. Look around, it’s normal for OEM software to be cheap. OEM downloadable software does not come boxed, does not include bulky paper manuals, does not induce shipping costs – that is what makes OEM software cheap.

Cheap OEM Software
Please go here : http://www.zoomerart.net/. And if you go here, OMG - 3DSMax 9 is $67! Question is obvious, does it include legitimate license? But its faq says here:-
A willow deeply scarred, somebody's broken heart
And a washed-out dream
They follow the pattern of the wind, ya' see
Cause they got no place to be
That's why I'm starting with me

The educational licence of 3ds max 9 costs 120€. And that's a simple dvd box without a printed manual or anything else. Without seing a confirmation from Autodesk I won't believe this can be legitimate.
That explanation sounds suspicious. I guess everyone here knows that software price has very little to do with material costs like manuals, bulk-boxes etc..

A quick google check shows they sent one guy who bought zbrush from them a keygen and crack to get it working.
Plus the BSA has filed a dmca complaint with google to block some search results relating to zoomerart.net, because they are illegally selling adobe and autodesk products.

So I'd say definite pirate scam.
