Port GameState Demo(useing OIS) to OGRE 1.4.5 SDK

But i failed to compile the demo with OGRE SDK 1.4.5.
Then I make a little change, and it works well with OGRE SDK 1.4.5 now.

The link to the rar package doesnt work.

For me the link doesnt work.

Could you please reupp the package.
I had problems using ois with GameStates too.
Hope this will explain how to use startRendering() instead of
rendering each frame in a main while-loop.
