More a german kind of a developer conference, but i would like to mention it anyway. The conference will take place from 21st - 23rd of april in Berlin. The Line-up shows some interesting speakers and talks and the fee is affordable - at least more affordable then GCDC etc.
The KING Art team will be there and we would like to meet as many Ogre-users as possible^^.

I'll be there. I live in Berlin anyway and for students it's really quite cheap
