A few other developers and myself, who have worked together on projects in the past, decided one day that it "would be fun" to develop a game. We have a core design in the works, and many-many-many ideas written in many-many-many notebooks.
We have developed several Alpha versions of this game with no animated models. This is an IN WORKS project, and we are willing to pay someone or some people to help, and considering our incapable hands at drawing/modeling we need someone or a group of people who are willing to make some models for our use.
Mind you this project is very, very, very young still and we are looking primarily at junior artists who want to just whip up a few low-quality animated models of our request. Please don't expect the game to release anytime soon, but you can expect to be compensated for your art.
PM me, you can expect a response within 48 hours of PM.
Another note: We don't need help immediately, we are looking for models for an implementation that should/could be ready late August. Artists are welcome to request screenshots of how we implement anything they use.

Re: Looking For a Junior 3D Artist
Since we are looking for Junior artist for very simple models (the important thing we want is fluid animation), we are looking to pay money for each model made.
We will be paying more for models with more animations, then the simple models.
Edit: The exact amount will be discussed in private.

Don't need a modeler anymore, thanks to those who responded.
