Programming help in completing game!

A place for employers, project leaders etc to post if they are looking for people to assist with an Ogre-based project. Please only post in this area if you have a _serious_ project proposition for which you already have something to show for.

Programming help in completing game!

Post by _tommo_ »

Hi,
these days i'm determined in completing my game project: it has been still for really much time, and i wanted to finish it as an action adventure during the summer...

However making levels and enemies and puzzles etc to make a full and rewarding game is very time consuming and requires many good ideas, so i'm asking if anyone wants to help me in finishing the game
The main focus would be "having one working and funny level" soon more than having a cool looking code base (following the rule "if it works don't break it").
I'm using Ogre (obviously), PhysX, OpenAL and Lua, and the base gameplay should be nearly finished.

Anyway this isn't the ordinary announce, so i'm not your chief and/or i'm not filling positions or other SH-wannabe things, so, if anyone just wants to complete a game that could have potential (at least IMHO  ) contact me in some way, also sending an email to overmindgames at fastwebnet dot it.

Bye :D

Update: after being joined by 1 and 1/2 programmers i set up a beautiful online repository... that just feels lonely with less than 3 person committing
The progresses are now fast but could be faster, if anyone wants to join i'm still there :D
