Surveys for a Research Class (BLARG!)

Hey Ogre forums. I'm in my last year of college and I've been dumped with a research class that's requiring surveys for data. I'm writing on game design and the teacher has written some surveys for me collect on. If any of you guys have a free 5 mins, it'd help me out a lot. Thanks!

I went through it but it didn't seem to be aimed at anyone other than Americans. i.e)

Well, I had to put "Choose not to answer" there since "White (British)" wasn't an option

10. Have you ever considered joining the gaming industry as a profession?

That could really use a "I currently work/have worked in the games industry" option.

Yea, I mentioned both of those to my instructor but she insisted that I use the versions you see.
