Hello everyone,
The more i browse the showcase, the more i say to myself that there is a lot of nice projects which
deserve to be nicely featured in a kind of "Ogre Store", where ogre based projects could be better presented
(with a nice image, a short description, the last version...etc).
This can be usefull to
- Engage the programmer working around Ogre to polish their soft.
- Have a better view of what you will be able to find if you want to work with Ogre (which tool exists, their versions ...etc)
- View which games are made with Ogre.
- Sort by categories (game, middlewares, tools, ...)
- Know which version of ogre the tool can be used with, (or the game was made with)
- ...etc
in short every infos we want to know about a soft, (plus a nice presentation) .
edit : Not a store to sell but to nicely present the ogre based/compatible project a maintain info about them in a unified way.

yeah! Also maybe the Ogre project could get some kickback if the game sells based on finding it on the site to support open source development.

This is a great idea, however considering how little of the actual OGRE projects are mostly open-source or free it would be more appropriate to call this a "Project Gallery" .
