Why can not I register if I have mail on mail.ru and yandex.ru?
mail.ru is a national mail server.
Discrimination of Russian?
Registration problems.

Damn, you caught us. We were hoping nobody would notice the ogre forum's anti russian agenda. It's all part of a massive global conspiracy to... wait, I've said too much.Discrimination of Russian?
The serious answer is mail.ru was banned in 2006 due to the massive amounts of spam we were getting from it. No idea about yandex, probably the same issue.

Since then, mail.ru changed ownership and changed myself.
Also, I think, your register system is already more reliable.

Yep, it's probably safe to reenable it now. I wasn't an admin when the rule came in (but I can see the private discussion from when it happened). Our system now catches 99% of spam before it reaches the public anyway.
