Looking for ogre expert

I'm leading a commercial game that uses the ogre engine. I'm looking for an ogre master coder who can help out on a short term contract. This is paid work that starts immediately.

Specifically I'm looking for someone who is a HLSL shader expert and can write a few custom ogre shaders.

Bonus if you can do some full screen effects like SSAO.

Big bonus if you have experience with the OGRE shader based shadows and can customize the shadow shader for soft edges.
