Walking Quadraped Screenshots!

I finally got around to doing what started the whole Botworx project.
Robotics & AI. Check it out!

First Try, Cool Spider look but not practical.

1 week later ... it works!

I pulled it off by creating brains for each leg segment. The Crawler brain sends pose commands to the sub-brains and waits until they have all succeeded their mission to continue to the next pose.

how are you controlling the robots? are you using a physics engine of some kind?

sounds like an interesting project... :)

I'm using ODE for the physics and something akin to a subsumption architecture for the brains.
