milkshape exporter dropped keyframe in mesh viewer

Post by hebdemnobad »

hello

i searched for the answer to this problem but couldn't find it.
i created an animated skeleton in milkshape with three keyframes, at 1, 30, and 60

i tried exporting the mesh and skeleton with and without a referenced animation set text file
the following is the text file contents:
1,60,Walk

when i open the exported ogre mesh file in the ogre mesh viewer, it only plays keyframes 30 through 60
i posted the milkshape file in question to:

http://www.ifam.net/ogre/highpolymeshforogre.ms3d

is there a workaround or a setting that i missed?

thanks for the help in advance

I've looked at this and there are no keyframes at frame 1. You can tell where there are keyframes because the bones flash yellow, and they only do that at frame 30 and 60. So the exporter is behaving correctly - add keyframes for all bones at frame 1.

thanks for the tip. i'm not a solid milkshape user so i guess i missed the missing keyframe. i added the keyframe and all is well.
