gcc 3.3.5 warnings

i guess, this topic was discussed allready, but i can't find it with search facility.
when compiling ogre 1.0.0rc1 i've got this strange warnings:

and similar i get, when building my simple proggie (despite errors, concerning outdated ExampleFrameListener.h and ExampleApplication.h. i forget to copy'em to ogre include dir :-) )

Hi sergey,
this is a known issue, but with no real problem behind. All other compilers don't complain about the SharedPtr. Mental is looking for a way to prevent this warning (other than turning it of )

thanks for clearing this out.
the only trouble with it - XEmacs counts this warnings for errors, when i walking through 'em with (next-error) :-)
