Might anyone have a directory of some basic Biped animations

For 3ds Max 6?
Kinda new to all of this, and would like to learn by seeing how people with skill do it.

Anyway, i'm just looking for a few basic ones, like a walk, run, punch, etc.
Or anyone know of anyplace hosting a few?

Try searching via google for something like

motion capture biped download

or something similar.
If I can good remember, there used to be some additional CD to MAX with "bonus data" and it was including also some basic motion capture data....

In 3dsmax 7 is in the tutorials CD, rared --> biped.rar
