I've tried this on the OGRE wiki :
http://www.ogre3d.org/wiki/index.php/MultiBIPSkeleton
But there's still a problem when I try this : when I use flow control with a non footsteps BIP file, MAX will automatically force the bip01 bone to (0,0,0).
The problem doesn't appear with BIP files generated in footsteps mode.
However, if I open the same file with the standard 'open bip file', the animation displays correctly ( the character has his foots on the ground).
Where am I wrong? (I'm using 3dsmax 6)
Combining multiple BIP animations in a single file

Well, apparently, the solution I found is to make the non-footstep animation a footstep one, with only some footsteps at the first frame, in order to fix the character's feet on the ground.
However, I don't really like this solution, and I would appreciate if someone had found another way to make it work properly.
