Arm chips are all over the place these days.
This is true, but I was think in PC terms when typing the post :)

But yes, in the general scheme of things 16 bit is still alive and well.

I have been reading Reversing: Secrets of Reverse Engineering and have found it an eye opening experience in terms of learning "how it works". Assembly, the compilation process, virtual machines and the like are all amazing!

Sorry for digging up an aging thread. But I have been getting into assembly lately and I have been loving it.

So, much so, that I have been slowly updating my site (in the sig) to contain a mirror of my Windows and Winsock tutorials but all in assembly language! 8)

The first app compiles in only 2.5 Kb!

Someday, I hope to have Ogre run in assembly. That wil be a while off no doubt :lol:
