a multi scaled scene

the user want to fisrt go through a city scene of radius about 5km
with 50 building in it.

and then,they require to enter some rooms in a given building...

is it a good idea to store the objects of room scale and building scale
togather?

or I shall make different scenes and switch between them? the switching
will somehow be time costly :?

please give me a little hint ,thx :wink:

Depends on the amount of content you'll need. If it's too big to fit in memory, you'll have to use a paging system of some kind.
