i found a japanese site
http://ww5.et.tiki.ne.jp/~hoshi_k/cypher/ that has lots of models in .rok and .mqo formats
you can get information about .rok and .mqo formats here

use
rok2lwo to change .rok to .lwo
use
Gangu to import .mqo to blender

They are metasequoia 's format, a 3D japanese program

License of these model...hum..if I do not make mistake, you can modify it and release for free, not commercial

Sweet! There's some cool stuff on there. I downloaded some things and the workspaces that come up are using things in blender that I've never even seen!

i think most of you know anim8or from the wiki or somewhere else
it is small in size(original 1420kb , can be made 577kb with upx) but capable of doing most of the things expected from a 3d modeller
in its resources page there are links to various related sites
