Exporting Blender meshes

I'm trying to use the Blender Export script, but it's unable to find the python module "Blender" (Blender.py) which I don't have on my system. I have blender installed, where can I get this module?

This module is part of Blender's internal python interface. You have to run the script from within Blender as described in the
script's manual.
