Help Installing Ogre exporter for Wings3D

We need help installing the Ogre exporter for Wings3D. The readme file does not contain any installation tips or instructions. We have windows machines with the latest python modules and the latest stable wings3D. Can anyone post tips, instructions or a link. Thank You! It is deeply appreciated.
