Hello, everyone!
I've decided to use Ogre for a research project I'm working on here at University, and I figured I'd use Blender for 3D models (since I have had some experience with it), but the Blender export module is giving me a a hard time.
I have my model selected in a 3D view, and in a script window, I invoke the "Ogre XML" exporter. What I ge printed out on the console is this:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "<string>", line 3795, in ?
File "<string>", line 3436, in initGUI
File "<string>", line 3415, in refreshGUI
File "<string>", line 503, in createArmatureActionDict
AttributeError: 'Armature' object has no attribute 'getBones'
I know enough python to be able to read this, so I looked up the Armature API (http://www.blender3d.org/documentation/ ... class.html) and found no mention of a "getBones()" method for the Armature class.
I think it may be possible that I didn't install the OgreXMLConverter (I am using mac os x, and the setup process for Ogre seems like it's prone to missing important steps like *building the Tools*). I'm a total newbie, just trying to do some skeletal animation stuff.
Thanks very much in advance!
