RMB is Right Mouse Button. :wink:

Keep one hand on the keyboard and one hand on the mouse.

The videos are working with VLC - use the VLC player after you've downloaded the movies.

Select the vertex and press the "n" key. A panel appears where you can type in the coordinates.

Hope you like it. Blender undeservedly gets a bad rap as a "toy" when in fact it can do just about anything that any commercial modelling package does.

BTW, the author explains what the 'RMB' is:
I will use some abbreviations during this tutorial, defined as the following:
LMB = Left mouse button
