Reiser found guilty of murder

I guess even smart people have a really time getting away with that sort of thing.

On a silly note, I fantasize about his lawyer jumping up in court and yelling "Exception, Your Honor!". (you don't know how long I spent mining for a pun... I had to settle for that, but I'm sure there must be a few gems out there)

Being able to code signifies nothing ... beside being able to code, that is.

"General exception: resource "wife" cannot be found"
Well, let's stick with the XFS then!

On a serious note thou - typical bureaucracy, took them so long to finally figure that out. Surely, there were no quicker ways to find him guilty...

Also found inside the car, according to police, was a roll of trash bags, masking tape, a siphon pump, absorbent towels and two books: "Homicide: A Year on the Killing Streets," by David Simon, about the Baltimore police homicide squad, and "Masterpieces of Murder," by Jonathan Goodman, about notorious murder cases.

I was subjected to two weeks of jury duty in the UK last year and was disappointed when the lawyers didn't shout objection every five minutes or insult each other :(

The number of times i've seen somebody getting convicted on forensic detectives or similar because the police found a receipt for their entire murder kit is quite funny.

Yes, but we say "Thanks awfully, old chap" every other sentence so, it wouldn't sound very threatening.
