Hi all,
Does any one know any site from where I can get the information about the employer of a particular company? Where I can know about the working culture of a particular company? And what will be the future aspects? If you people know any site so, let me know. Any help from you people will be precious for me.

You can get an idea about that from an on site interview. I am still in my college career, and have only had one on site interview. In the one I did I got a tour of the company, an interview with some of there engineers and lots of opportunities to ask questions. If you don't trust the people of the company enough to give you straight answers, its probably not the place you want to work.

For stuff to use before that level of interaction I don't have any resources, sorry .

You could try searching for comments any employees may have made on the internet about what it's like to work there. Most people probably have the good sense to leave out specifics like a company name, so I don't know if you'll find anything. It's worth a shot.

You could also try getting in touch with current, or better yet former employees from the company. It seems like most people wouldn't mind telling you at least whether they would ever consider going back.

If the job is outside of the country you might do well to read up on the work culture of that region. My understanding is that the U.S. is pretty strict, Europe is a bit more laid back, and Australian offices sound more like a rave than a workplace.
