AnimationTrack already saves its Animation parent as mParent, but why isn't there a public getParent() method?

I think it would be useful to get which interpolation modes the animation uses from somewhere where you just have the animationtrack and not the animation.

I added a small patch to SourceForge and today it got closed. Don't know what that means really, but anyone who don't feel like writing the 6 lines themselves can download it there.

Yes, closed and accepted. It is in the 1.6 branch and will make its way back into HEAD soon.
