The mods here remove the accounts and posts as soon as we find them, and that's about all you can do.

Except that most of these are deleted within minutes (sometimes they don't even get seconds with me -- I've deleted accounts that were posting even as I was deleting their threads). Spider entries aren't forever, and Google isn't crawling these forums relentlessly.
Deleting the posts and the account is sufficient -- we now have the ability to do it all with one click so it's even faster.
