We are currently searching talented people in nearly every position.

I just copy the post from our forums to give you an overview of what we search.

Boxedware is actually Hiring!

We need support in the following areas:

-Programming
-Web-Programming
-Web-Designer
-2D Graphics Artists
-3D Graphics Artists
-Sounder

What we Search:

We search Hobby Developers with Motivation and some Skill. Don't misunderstand Skill. You should know what you do! But you mustn't be a pro

This jobs are pointing on an New Game Project called "My little Empire" (WORKING TITLE!). It's an RTS-Title. More information you get after you applied for one of the jobs.

The Web-Positions actually Point to the development and design of our Website. Actually im a programmer and not a designer. Thats why the page is so ugly

Well actually this is an constructive post. I don't even know what you mean. I can read this post and can't see any horrible mistakes i've made. But if you think so, feel free to helpt me and correct my post. Maybe this will help me to write better posts the next time.

One small observation : you should change the name of the post from "Boxedware is Hiring" to something more along the lines of "Boxedware is looking for talented people" since i think you send the wrong message telling that you are hiring at the same time specifying that the positions are all unpaid. This is to help interested people to understand clearly the message inside from the post title
