That leads me to the question: Is Ogre an registered trademark (or whatever it would be called in law/business English)? Does sinbad have any rights on the name?

does the universe have an end? and if so, does it have collision detection?
but seriously, made me think about the legal stuff too.. just a few months ago a friend of mine who made subtitles for movies for a web community as a hobby almost got sued.
the members of the forum were interviewed on tv, and a week later they got a lawsuit..
the lawsuit was dropped when they agreed to close the forum and stop releasing new subs.. (most of them changed internet nicknames and email after that)
somewhat different case .. but still

Two things:
1. AFAIK, here we use OGRE3D, don't we?
2. Only our OGRE has
it's own wikipedia page with the unique name.
