Hello,
I am someone whom is putting a personal stake of my own money on a gaming project. I have hired a modeler - animator - writer and now lack the essential programmer(s) to aid in the current success of this project.
All is negotiable, but i am a realist too with the limited budget. Please let me know if you are interested in partaking on this serious project as even part time is something i would appreciate.
Thank you for taking the time to read and looking forward to a response; elidaman198@yahoo.com

Re: Looking to recruit someone for a challenging project
Hello,
I want to be more clear on the project so people have a better idea and also give me the chance to find the
right people
. I am making a non real-time strategy game. I am trying to make a fire emblem + shining force 3
style of game using the current Ogre3D engine. I have found with my budget a great modeler, writer and currently
testing a few animators. I am hoping to find two great programmers whom are passionate about their skills and are
willing to take on challenges. You will be paid for your work as the others are or for future consideration which
is all negotiable.
This game is for PC and will require that you know how Ogre3D works. This game is unique that it introduces
challenges that are not seen in other games and the fact that it will be made by a dedicated hard working team.
Creativity is essential as its an open minded team work environment, even though i am stirring the ship. We all
are equally dedicated to see it completed.
I look forward to Questions; Please email me elidaman198@yahoo.com.
Thank you,

133 people viewed... I am sure most are talented so what is making you hesitant to take the challenge?
Thank you.
Thank you.

Not enough info about the game itself, the challenges (networking ? gameplay ?) salary or so ? and that stuff that we coders want to know ..

Re: Looking to recruit someone for a challenging project
though not a part of ogre i suggest you follow these simple guidelines...

If you can't fill out these topics with details, then I highly doubt you'll spark any interest without paying a boat load of cash.
Remember programmers are the main catalyst in any game, and being as such, they all have their own ideas. You ether need to persuade them that your ideas are better or offer a hefty hunk of change.
